Dec 30 2011, 17:29 PM
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications market is expected to reach $18.2 billion (€14 billion) in 2011, recording an increase of 11 per cent from 2010, as companies begin to utilise data management.
The data, released by International Data Corporation (IDC), shows strong growth for the applications which allow companies to effectively track and communicate with clients and potential clients in a meaningful manner. Of the four functional markets, sales, marketing, and customer service are each expected to achieve double-digit growth in 2011. A total of 18 vendors achieved revenues of more than $100 million (€77 million) revenue during the first half of 2011, with these vendors capturing a total market share of 63 per cent with the remainder shared among 170 vendors and others.
QAS offers a number of products that support customer relationship management. QAS Pro is an effective address management system that reduces inaccuracies associated with manual address entry. This saves time and money for the organisation and, furthermore, improves the company's customer service.
