Game Group may benefit from right level of data quality
Dec 6 2011, 10:04 AM
Data quality might prove important for the Game Group as it is hoping to reach the right consumers with its latest promotional activity.
Marketing Director of the company Anna-Marie Mason is quoted by Marketing magazine as stating that it hopes to remind people about the level of expertise available to them at its Gamestation and Game stores across the UK.
"The aim of the new campaigns is to reach our distinct customer groups, casual and expert games, plus the important gifting segment," she said.
The campaigns will be conducted across various formats, including digital and in-store activity and were created for the retailer by TBWA\London.
Data quality may prove important for ensuring that the right kind of people are sent information about the stores.
The Direct Marketing Association recently called on its members to "come together" in support of its practices as it has recently faced further scrutiny from BBC TV show That's Britain, Marketing Week reported.
