Definition
The term upgrade is used within Experian QAS to denote when a product is replaced with a newer version of that same product.
An upgrade is available when there are new releases and/or versions available, which can provide further benefit to you processes and systems.
An upgrade is a replacement to a newer version or system and done to keep your products up to date and also to improve the performance and characteristics of that product.
Upgrading your product portfolio, solutions and software will be fully supported by Experian QAS and our Professional Services team can provide full assistance and support to any upgrades made.
